At Next Generation EmpowerHer, we believe in nurturing confidence, creativity, and leadership in young ladies ages 10–18. Each event we host is designed to empower, educate, and inspire — helping girls prepare for life beyond high school while celebrating their unique voices and potential. Join us throughout the year for unforgettable experiences that combine learning, laughter, and legacy, while helping to support Next Generation EmpowerHer's mission.

10th Annual Jazz Night with an R&B Flavor

Saturday, February 14, 2026  Our signature fundraiser returns—bigger and better than ever! Guests will enjoy live jazz and R&B performances, a silent auction, and an evening dedicated to supporting youth empowerment initiatives. Proceeds from this event directly fund our programs, college tour,  and community outreach efforts. 

Spring College EmpowerHer Tour

This powerful experience takes our young ladies on the road to explore college campuses, meet current students, and envision their futures. The College EmpowerHer Tour inspires confidence and opens doors to higher education by showing participants that their dreams are within reach.

Father-Daughter Dance

 An evening of elegance, music, and memories! The Father-Daughter Dance celebrates the special bond between fathers and daughters, offering a night filled with dancing, dinner, and heartfelt moments. This cherished event reminds young ladies of their worth and the importance of a positive male influence in their lives. 

EmpoweringHer Awards

We close our year by honoring the incredible achievements of students, mentors, and community partners who embody the spirit of empowerment. The EmpoweringHer Awards celebrate excellence, leadership, and dedication to making a difference — reminding every attendee that when women rise, communities thrive.
