Donna believes that fundraising is about more than just numbers—it’s about building a community of people around a mission which results in a better future.

As a Baylor University student, Donna was on a trajectory toward a career in law.  But, a volunteer opportunity with a local non-profit focused on women’s rights ignited her passion for working with community-focused organizations, and she pivoted to a career in fundraising.

For the last 30 years, Donna has grown a development career, and has raised millions of dollars for local, regional, and national organizations.

She focuses on creating meaningful, transparent relationships with all donors and is passionate about connecting philanthropists with the organizations and programs which resonate most with their values, ensuring every gift makes a tangible difference.

A wife, mother of one daughter, mom-in love to one son, and grandmother to one granddaughter, Donna is excited to help girls realize their full potential for a future with no limits.
