Our Purpose
Next Generation EmpowerHer's purpose is to empower young ladies ages 10-18 with the essential skills and knowledge they need to thrive in life after high school. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between academic education and real-world preparedness by providing comprehensive programs in workforce preparedness, literacy, etiquette, and life skills.
Our Vision
Next Generation EmpowerHer's vision is to equip young ladies with workforce preparedness: we offer practical training and hands-on experiences that help young ladies develop the technical and soft skills required in today’s dynamic job market. From resume-building and interview techniques to understanding workplace expectations, we prepare the young ladies to enter the workforce with confidence and competence.
Enhance literacy skills: recognizing that literacy is the cornerstone of all learning, we provide targeted support to improve reading, writing, and critical thinking abilities. Our literacy program is designed to cultivate a lifelong love for learning and to ensure that everyone has the communication skills necessary for success in their personal and professional lives.
Teach Etiquette and Professionalism:
We instill the importance of proper etiquette and professional behavior, helping to navigate social and professional settings with ease and respect. Through workshops and real-world scenarios, the young ladies learn the nuances of professional etiquette, including dining manners, networking, and digital communication.
Develop Essential Life Skills:
Our life skills curriculum covers a broad range of topics such as financial literacy, time management, personal health, and civic responsibility. By providing these essential tools, we enable the young ladies to make informed decisions and lead independent, fulfilling lives.

We support the young ladies in planning for their postsecondary education, whether that involves college, vocational training, or other educational paths. Our programs include guidance on selecting the right schools, understanding the application process, securing financial aid, and developing the study habits and mindset needed for academic success.
